Following extensive consultation and technical analysis, Grosvenor Britain & Ireland has now lodged an outline planning application for the Oxfordshire Garden Village to the north of Eynsham in West Oxfordshire.

WODC has now validated our outline planning application with a planning reference number – 20/01734/OUT.  The link will direct you to WODC’s planning portal where you can read the entire submission documentation and also provide your comments.

We have also added the full suite of OPA documents here on this website with accompanying descriptions to ensure they are readily available and easy to locate.

COVID-19 Response

Given the ongoing response to COVID-19, it will not be possible to hold physical public events for the foreseeable future. However Grosvenor is keen to ensure the local community is able to continue feeding back in to the plans and are looking at options for holding virtual public events. More details of this will be made available in the future, in the meantime we hope everyone remains safe and well during these unprecedented times.

Grosvenor has worked to respond quickly to the COVID-19 outbreak and lend practical support to communities in which we are active. For example, we have offered support to South Oxfordshire Food & Education Academy (SOFEA) for them to continue the great work they already do by supplying high quality food to organisations feeding vulnerable or disadvantaged people across the Oxfordshire area. Grosvenor are also supporting Barton Community Association so they can continue to stock their community food larder at the Barton Neighbourhood Centre.
